Knitting Projects

I love to travel.  Traveling always inspires me for a new project. This winter, we went to visit several national parks.  Initially I thought that my hat should keep me warm for the icing cold weather.  It turned out the wind chill effect beat me.  So when I returned home, I decided to knit hats as Christmas gifts for my children since they all have to go through the snowy winter. This is a double layer and fully reversible hat.   The brim portion was knitted in two colors in an alternated vertical arrangement.  It is long enough to cover the entire ears. The main body was knitting with single color and arranged in combination of knit and slip stitches.   This gave subtle but nice ribbed appearance.
